IT Support Specialist \ Specjalista wsparcia systemów informatycznych

Responsibilities
Comprehensive care and maintenance of systems (ie cash registers and Windows operating systems) and IT infrastructure
Quick response and resolution of emerging issues in the office and in the stores (including cooperation with an outside company)
Implementation of new solutions and upgrade of old ones
Installation and configuration of computers
Documentation, eg instructions, technical procedures, field work protocols

 

Competencies and skills
1. Master degree nice to have
2. Min 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in retail company or in an IT support company working for retail
3. Experience in help desk, ie support for Windows users, workstation management, configuration and maintenance of Windows servers, Active Directory management, VBS scripting, VBA
4. Broad knowledge of IT products – hardware and applications
5. Knowledge of Polish and English at business / technical level, enabling to communicate over the phone and read technical documentation
