As part of the HR Department, Talent Development & Total Rewards Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Support to the L&D department in the coordination and implementation of training projects
- Adaptation of L&D materials received by International HQ
- Update and manage the Sephora internal platforms and shared mailbox
- Support the management of brand relationships aimed to training activities
- Design of minor training projects and modules
- Follow up on the projects with all the stakeholders to guarantee sustainability and effectiveness
- Analysis of L&D KPI’s to provide reports
- Be a sponsor of the HR department in the motivation, engagement and development of employees
- Daily cooperation with all other HQ departments in order to guarantee synergy in the training flow of communications and actions implemented
- Guarantee implementation of assigned projects according to business strategy
- Be a Digital Ambassador to improve all the L&D processes and omnichannel approach
- Be an ambassador of company’s values and culture
