Controlling Manager

As part of the Finance Department, Controlling Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Lead the forecast processes
• Lead the management closing process
• Manage and develop controlling team
• Analyze and monitor actual performances and related budget variances
• Sales promotions analysis
• P&L control
• Corporate reference for any management issue
• Stores’ openings and remodeling evaluation
• Be a business partner for all the other departments supporting them in any management issues
• Capex monitoring
• Contribute to spread the finance culture within the organization

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 7+ years of controlling experience, including team leadership
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proven experience managing forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic business partner to other departments.
