HR Business Partner

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

HR Support & Advisory

  • Guide managers in HR processes
  • Enhance leadership capabilities using coaching sessions and performance tools
  • Coordinate HR initiatives with change management and communication plans
  • Provide expertise on complex situations requiring policy interpretation and solutions

Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Development

  • Manage the annual talent identification and review cycle: Talent Calibration, Succession Planning, Identification of high potential
  • Drive regular performance management and coaching conversations
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives

Talent acquisition

  • Manage the entire recruitment process (including needs assessment, profiling, selection, interviewing, and onboarding) for the assigned perimeter
  • Manage and support internal mobility processes

Employee Relations

  • Address employee matters
  • Strengthen team dynamics by implementing engagement and culture programs

  • 3-4 years’ experience on a similar position, working in medium to large sized organizations
  • Fluent in English
  • Background experience in Retail / FMCG
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong trust relationships with stakeholders at various levels
  • Proven experience supporting managers and coaching leaders
  • A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach, with flexibility and adaptability
