Compensation & Benefits Manager
Assist the HRD in designing and overseeing the implementation of compensation and benefits programs in Romania, Greece, Serbia & Bulgaria (incl. monitoring retail salary structures and Annual Salary Review, Review of benefits administration & processes)
Compensation & Benefits
- Leading the annual individual compensation review process, including salary reviews & variable schemes
- Monitor local market evolution and market competitiveness for retail
- Managing payroll compensation changes and ensuring accuracy throughout the year, in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist
- Manage budgets for compensation and benefits programs
HR Controlling & Analytics:
- Overseeing HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key HR metrics and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor all HR-relevant KPI’s including headcount & costs
- Payroll budget preparation
- KPIs follow-up, Annual & monthly reports & any ad-hoc reports
- Conduct cost analysis to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes and ensure cost-effectiveness
HR Service Provider Management
- Ensure service level agreement between Sephora & service providers is set and regularly reviewed including all HR services standard
HR Policy Governance
- Create & structure the HR policies to provide a framework that is aligned with internal and external regulations, within which consistent decisions can be made and through which employees are treated in a fair and equitable manner.
Skills, Experience
- Previous work experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Controlling 7+ years ideally in relevant industry
- Hands-on experience with HRIS
- People management experience (at least 3 years)
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Influencing skills, people person who can build relationships across the business, at all levels
- Analytical, organized, and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
