We are united by a common goal - to reimagine the future of beauty.

The Opportunity

As Sephora UK continues its exciting growth journey, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Master Data Administrator to join our team based either in Jersey (Channel Islands) or Northampton.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our data integrity efforts, ensuring that the information published on our website is accurate, timely, and aligned with Sephora’s high standards.
You’ll be responsible for creating, updating and quality checking critical master data in our ERP systems, supporting the seamless publication of beauty products online and enabling smooth operational processes across the business.

You Will Also Be Responsible For

• Ensuring accurate supplier set-up and data maintenance in collaboration with the Finance and Brand teams
• Editing and enriching product content including copy, imagery, videos, awards, categories and attributes to meet Sephora standards prior to online publication
• Managing ERP user access requests in line with approved processes
• Meeting strict SLAs for system updates to ensure seamless data flow
• Conducting quality checks and maintaining high standards across all master data
• Using Zendesk to handle incoming service requests and monitor error rates
• Continuously identifying areas for improvement and suggesting process enhancements
• Preparing product pages for website publication using internal tools and third-party programmes (e.g. Zendesk, Photoshop, Microsoft Office)
• Working closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to obtain product assets and support campaign set ups
• Supporting ongoing development of workflow systems and participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Carrying out regular quality checks before system uploads to ensure data accuracy
• Contributing to team meetings and assisting with ad hoc tasks or projects as required

What You’ll Bring
You’ll be an organised, efficient and digitally capable individual with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset. Passionate about accuracy and systems, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where precision and pace go hand in hand.
Based in either our Jersey or Northampton office, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all product data is ready for seamless publication and ongoing operations.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess
• Excellent data management skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy and speed
• Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and a willingness to become an ERP super user
• Problem solving and decision making abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop skills are a bonus
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to maintain focus in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across departments
