Social Media Specialist

Mission

The Social Media Specialist will contribute to the social media strategy of Sephora Italia in the daily activities related to social media (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube), from content production, editorial plan editing and community management, with the aim of boosting social media KPIs.

 

Key Activities/Responsibilities

 

Editorial plan editing:

 

  • Create and implement an editorial content calendar in coordination with the business priorities
  • Work with the social media agency in the editing of the editorial plan: verifying information and post copy, providing assets, updating constantly the plan following internal inputs and commercial calendar

 

Community management:

 

  • Daily monitoring of community interactions on channels and management of requests and questions from the community searching for information internally and with brands

 

Content production:

 

  • Production of relevant, original high-quality contents for Tiktok and Reels, both in-house and with the social media agency
  • Organization of monthly social shooting: product, influencers, in-store, video tutorial shootings
  • Contribute to create the shooting agenda, products delivery, models, makeup artists and photographers relations

 

 

Profile requirements

  • 2/3 years of previous experience in similar roles
  • Project management
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for Beauty industry is a plus
  • Content production
  • Good use of editing apps such as Capcut, InShot, etc.
