Mission

Reporting to Content Marketing Manager, the media specialist will join the Content and Communication team with the aim of executing Sephora Italia and Sephora exclusive brands media campaigns.

 

Main Activities/Responsabilities

 

Media Planning

  • Cooperate with the central media team in order to deliver the most effective campaigns for Sephora Italia and Sephora exclusive brands
  • Set target and objectives for media campaigns both on digital and offline media to reach consumers in the upper and lower part of the funnel 
  • Partner with internal and external resources to deliver campaigns and activities on time (media agency, freelances, offer team…)

Content Development and adaptation:

  • Adapt, localize and develop assets for media campaigns and take care of the on-time delivery of content to media players and media agency

 

Reporting and monitoring:

  • Monitor, track and evaluate the full paid media process on a continuous and ad hoc basis with a constant sharing of performances and learnings with manager

 

Profile requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in planning digital media campaigns in companies or media agencies. Knowledge of offline media planning is a plus
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of media platforms, formats and buying methods
  • Degree or Master Degree
  • Knowledge and experience for retailers or e-retailers is a plus
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
  • English fluency both written and verbal. Proficiency in French is a plus
  • Being a beauty addict is a plus
