Indirect Procurement Intern

As part of the Finance Department, Indirect Procurement Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

  • Supplier relationship coordination (negotiation support);
  • Implementation of the Indirect Procurement Policy among all the departments;
  • Support in Drafting Procurement Specifications for each tender;
  • Co-management of cross-functional projects
  • Support in benchmarking and in the analysis of offers received during a tender;
  • Searching for new suppliers on the market;
  • Support in the on-boarding activity for each supplier (documental compliance)

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree in Economics/Law/Management engineering;
  • Tendency towards accuracy;
  • Solution–oriented mindset;
  • Proactive listening
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office
