... report daily e-warehouse production and weekly e-transportation performance

… follow up outbound operations to ensure on-time order handovers

... support inbound operations to secure product availability on time

… manage shipping claims with 3PL partners 

... support customer claim management

… follow up returns to vendors and returns to warehouse

... proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
