The opportunity:
 

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a big role in our continued success. With your love for content creation, social media and coordination, you’ll help maintaining and expanding our exciting and engaging community on our social media channels.

 

Your passion is to….

  • Elevate the Sephora brand cross social media platforms in Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden
  • Design and implement platform-specific social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Do platform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Define specific objectives, monitor, analyze and optimize performance to ensure growth targets are met
  • Transform key data into actionable insights & create internal reportings to share with relevant stakeholders
  • Create, review, edit and share impactful & engaging social media content
  • Collaborate with agency partners and other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency and drive impactful activations across all customer touchpoints
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

 

We would love to hear from you if you have…

  • 3+ years of professional content curation and social media marketing expertise
  • a proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
  • a sound knowledge of key tools including Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Business Center and relevant Listening Tools like e.g. Talkwalker
  • fluent communication skills in both German and English; further language skills (French, Danish, Swedish) are a plus but not a must
