The opportunity:
For our Head Office in Düsseldorf we are looking for a full-time:
E- Merchandise & Promotion Specialist
We are looking for you with ... ... a big affinity for e-commerce, analysis and reporting, as well as experiencing joy of working with various stakeholders and passion for the beauty industry.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive and implement onsite animation and content plan for (Sephora.de, Sephora.se, Sephora.dk and Sephora App)
- Responsible for promotion and GWP setup and planning
- Partner with Category Management, CRM and Marketing for launch operations and promotional strategies
- Ensure proper site keeping product catalogue and content up to date
- Monitor website performance and sell out rates to optimize web sales and conversion
- Aim to provide customer best in class user experience
- Develop online business strategies, merchandising messages, and seasonal assortments aligned with business objectives.
- Understand and optimize conversion paths with the goal of increasing the “add to basket” rate.
- Reporting and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with Central Teams: E-merch, IT operations, Digital Studio, Digital coordinator
We are looking forward to meeting you, if you:
- Hold a Bachelor in Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent education
- Have 2-4 yrs experience in Digital Merchandising in FMCG sector with responsibility for the operations of an e-shop or major product category
- Are fluent in German and English
- Have profound experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Salesforce), PIM, Google Analytics
- Have MS office skills and especially strong Excel knowledge
- Posess knowledge of the beauty market and products

- Conversion rate
- Avg. Basket value and items per basket
- Animation & launches in time
- Product catalogue updated in time
