Au sein de l’équipe Méthodes Logistique & Transport Europe Moyen Orient, les missions principales du poste de Chef de Projet Méthodes porteront sur 4 volets :

1) Définir les Standards Transport

•   Définir les standards SEPHORA Europe sur les processus Transport (conditions contractuelles, indicateurs & niveaux de service, outils & reporting, traçabilité, conditions RSE, services à valeur ajoutés), sur l’import, les flux interplateformes, le Retail et le ECommerce

2) Définir la roadmap Méthodes sur le périmètre Transport

•   Editer le mapping annuel des flux Transports EME en termes de prestataire, budget, impact Co2, niveaux de service

•   Identifier les axes d’améliorations

•   Définir la roadmap Transport annuel et les objectifs de savings Transport annuels

3) Exécuter la Roadmap validée sur le périmètre Transport

•   Réaliser les appels d’offres Transport en collaboration avec les organisations locales (cahier des charges, recherche de prestataires, sélection, négociation, cadrage du projet d’implémentation, contractualisation)

•   S’assurer de la bonne mise en place des nouveaux prestataires avec les équipes opérationnelles locales, et dans le planning et le budget validés

•   Participer aux points de suivi des autres projets de la Roadmap Méthodes en étant garant des aspects Transport

•   Faire le suivi de l’atteinte des objectifs de savings annuels Transport

4) Change Management & Innovation

•    Réaliser une veille continue sur le marché Européen du Transport via les autres maisons LVMH, les experts Transport & Douane LVMH, les salons…

•    Coanimer les équipes Transport locales notamment via la création d’un séminaire Transport annuel

• BAC +5 avec une expérience de 3 / 4 ans minimum en transport et commerce international (douane)
• Conduite de projets
• Rigueur, esprit d’analyse & de synthèse
• Excellent communicant
• Expérience de négociation
• Maîtrise de l’anglais et d’Excel impérative.

Title: CDI - Logistics & Transportation Methods Project Manager (W/M)

Job is based in Saran. 

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Within the Logistics & Transportation Methods Europe & Middle East team, the main responsibilities of the Methods Project Manager position will focus on 4 streams:

1) Define Transportation Standards

•   Define SEPHORA’s European standards on Transportation processes (contractual conditions, indicators & service levels, tools & reporting, traceability, CSR conditions, value-added services) for import, interplatform, Retail and Eccommerce flows

2) Define the Methods roadmap on the Transportation perimeter

•   Edit the annual mapping of EME Transportation flows in terms of service provider, budget, CO2 impact, service levels

•    Identify areas for improvement

•    Define the annual Transportation roadmap and corresponding savings objectives

3) Run the validated Roadmap on the Transportation perimeter

•    Carry out calls for Transportation tenders in collaboration with local organizations (specifications, search for service providers, selection, negotiation, framework of the implementation project, contracting)

•    Ensure the success of the new service providers’ implementation with local operational teams, and in the approved timing and budget

•   Participate in the other Methods Roadmap projects covering the Transportation aspects

•   Monitor the achievement of annual Transport savings objectives

4) Change Management & Innovation

• Carry out a continuous watch on the European transportation market via other LVMH houses, LVMH Transportation & Customs experts, trade fairs, etc.

• Co-animate the local Transportation teams, in particular through the creation of an annual Transportation seminar
