CDI - International Regulatory Affairs Manager - (W/M)

The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

 

 

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

Manage the international regulatory affairs team (2 to 3 people)

 

Placing on the market

 

Launches :

Coordinate and pilot all registrations and notifications necessary for the market release of products in the different regions where the brand is commercialized, respecting defined deadlines, including notably the following missions:

  • Serve as key contact for our regions during the launch/registration phase and throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply, business development, data management, etc.) and external entities (regions/clients) to anticipate and ensure registration compliance within defined timelines, including setting up retro schedules, organizing export review meetings, managing data (internal and external), handling the sending of necessary samples for registrations…
  • Perform necessary risk analyses considering all constraints specific to Sephora Collection and LVMH Group, proposing appropriate recommendations and implementing defined action plans
  • Manage CPNP, Canada, California… declarations
  • Ensure necessary regulatory oversight to guarantee country openings within defined timings

 

 

China

  • Secure the existing product portfolio and new launches in compliance with the new CSAR regulation
  • Consolidate procedures internally and externally

 

USA

  • Coordinate the implementation of the new US MoCra regulation

 

Regulatory monitoring:

  • International regulatory monitoring (especially through professional associations and the LVMH group) related to local registration constraints in our markets, identify impacts for the brand, and build and implement appropriate guidelines within the brand in collaboration with other departments as necessary
  • Implementation of information transmitted by the LVMH Group and participation in various meetings and working groups

 

 

Product Commercialization Monitoring

 

Inspections (outside France):

Serve as key contact and provide necessary support during inspections by foreign authorities or as part of class action monitoring (US)

 

Vigilance Europe:

Overall management of cosmetovigilance and nutrivigilance with third-party support, including notably:

  • Notification of serious adverse effects to authorities
  • Synthesis and review of annual data to provide updated information in compliance with European regulation
  • Updating procedures and instructions as necessary
  • Handling customer disputes

 

Outside Europe:

Serve as key contact in implementing cosmetovigilance processes internationally and establishing appropriate procedures (including in China and the US)

 

Consumer Inquiries:

Coordinate the monitoring and responses to consumer inquiries

 

 

Miscellaneous

  • Support business through agile solutions and continuous improvement of internal procedures
  • Decision support with risk assessment
  • Review of co-branding contracts from a product regulation perspective
  • Management and monitoring of export regulatory KPIs
  • Contribution/coordination of cross-functional projects (environmental laws, continuous improvement projects…)
  • Management of nano-declarations on the french portal

Master’s degree scientific or engineering school diploma

• More than 10 years of professional experience in a similar position in cosmetic regulatory affairs

• Very strong knowledge of European and international cosmetic regulations

• Fluent in English

• A dynamic, analytical and flexible profile
