CDI - Internal Communication Manager (F/H)

The Europe and Middle East (EME) Internal Communication Manager will be in the Internal Communication & Employer Branding team, part of the wider EME Human Resources team. The team’s objectives are to define and implement communication strategies that help develop employees’ business understanding, engagement and pride, and also attract and retain the best talent.

As the EME Internal Communication Manager, you’ll join a small, dynamic and hands-on team to work on the following missions:

  • Lead the development/refinement, execution and measurement of the internal communications strategy with the Internal Communications and Employer Brand Director
  • Define, produce, and roll out the most appropriate and compelling communication campaigns with key functional stakeholders
  • Partner with Sephora leaders to develop internal messaging for company and business updates – including memos, talking points, scripts for video/for speeches, Q&As
  • Own the internal communication cadence by translating our business news into proactive, positive storytelling, driving engagement and building brand reputation internally
  • Develop content for employer branding purposes and own cadence of publications on our employer branding channels, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and career website
  • Own and enhance our internal communication channel infrastructure, with a strong focus on supporting the launch of Sephora’s new internal digital platform and employee app – and embedding it as an essential day-to-day business and communication tool
  • Support the team to manage EME leadership communication and key company events
  • Standardize our internal communication processes across the region by developing playbooks, a roadmap and an editorial calendar
  • Coordinate and mentor our regional network of communicators
  • Collaborate with the global communication team to support company-wide communication activities

  • 7+ experience in internal communications in a global and multi-cultural company
  • A track record in delivering internal communication strategies, campaigns and events
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust
  • The maturity and confidence to deal with senior leaders
  • Exemplary writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on with a can-do positive attitude
  • Solution driven, pro-active and autonomous
  • The ability to work collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English and French
  • A good knowledge of emailing tools (e.g. Bananatag/Staffbase), webcast/virtual events providers, SharePoint, Teams, Stream, Forms, Outlook
  • At ease with Canva, Photoshop or other photo editing software
  • Experience in video shoots and in the use of video editing tools preferred
