The opportunity:

 

The Global HR Digital team is looking for the person who will ensure our employees have the perfect solutions to learn, collaborate and access any information they need at their fingertips – both on their smartphone or laptop.

The Global Learning & Collaboration Digital Experience Manager will be in constant interaction with our Talent, Communication and IT teams, both at Sephora and LVMH, to guarantee our digital solutions (current and future) are matching our Learning strategic objectives, lowering our barriers to collaboration and communication, simplifying the access to content, and providing an optimal and innovative experience to all the users.

Expert in Digital and user experience optimization applied to the Learning and Communication domains, the Global Learning & Collaboration Digital Experience Manager will manage the support of users and the improvement of our current and future solutions for an enhanced digital experience. He/she will also be in charge of the change management linked to these solutions (communication, training, management of communities of functional users, digital experience measurement) in close partnership with the Global Learning Team and the Global Communication Team.

 

 

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

  • Lead regional and global projects aimed at implementing and enhancing Learning and Communication solutions, with a strong focus on improving the digital experience of our employees.
  • Advise Global and Regional Learning teams on how to improve the learning experience at Sephora thanks to digital solution.
  • Support the Global and Regional Communication teams in increasing the impact of our communication actions by optimizing the features of our digital solutions.
  • Monitor, as Run leader, our Learning and Collaboration solutions through constant interactions with the different stakeholders: tickets review and management, regular meetings with the Group, data monitoring, change management actions, HR and digital communities’ management.
  • Continuously track the digital experience of our users and draw the link with our Learning and Communication strategies to propose improvements of the user experience map and adapt our processes to reach our Learning and Communication strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the overall system reliability through better integration of the digital solutions in our global ecosystem.
  • Work closely, all along the year, with our data experts to improve Learning and Communication performance measurement through better KPIs.
  • Regularly browse the digital market for potential innovations which might improve the user experience of our solutions.

 

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

 

  • Higher education in HR, Digital or Communication
  • 5 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on change management and data monitoring
  • A good experience of HR and communication processes, especially Learning and Employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of our current solutions (360Learning, LumApps) might be an asset.
