CDI - Global Ethics & Compliance Officer - Business Integrity (F/H/X)

In the frame of a position creation, you will join the Global Ethic and Compliance Department, a part of the Global Legal Department, reporting to the Global Ethic & Compliance Director.

You will be in charge of handling any matters related to Business Integrity and to the Global E&C compliance program.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Implement the Business Integrity and Compliance Program, including guiding the business in the implementation of E&C standards and procedures
• Ensure the full compliance of the group with any Business Integrity and E&C matters: such as compliance with any international regulations and laws related to E&C and Business Integrity (anti bribery, AML, International sanctions…)
• Update the anti-corruption risk mapping exercises and follow up of action plans
• Update policies and procedures related to Business Integrity and E&C
• Handle the Third-Party Due Diligence approach
• Advice and provide support to functions and operations with respect to Compliance related issues, projects, and Business Integrity matters
• Take part in defining and implementing any communication initiatives needed to reinforce the approach (awareness-raising materials, performing trainings…)
• Put in place appropriate reporting processes to ensure the effectiveness of the E&C program
• Monitor regulations and anticipate future regulatory requirements (“legal watch” on this topic or connected to)
• Interact closely with internal corporate stakeholders and contributors such as Internal Audit, HR, Purchasing, Supply chain...
• Contribute to the animation of the Ethics & Compliance correspondent network 
• Interact with LVMH & other Maisons’ Ethics & Compliance teams.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

• At least 8 years of experience within multinational company E&C departments
• Master’s degree in law (Master 2), ideally with a specialization in Ethics and Compliance
• Already familiar with E&C program
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in French and English (an additional language will have an added value)
• Ability to work in cross cultural environment
• Skills to handle global projects (previous experience in implementing global projects will be appreciated) and to deliver within given deadlines
• “Team player” within an international environment, while being autonomous and rigorous
• Ability to work in a dynamic and disruptive environment.
