Our Sephora Collection Operations team provides sustainable and agile solutions to ensure successful development and delivery of product pipelines for the Private Label brand in Sephora global and to support the company growth.

 The Sephora Collection Operations Director plays a key leadership role, driving the operations strategy aligned with Sephora’s and Sephora Collection’s visions and enabling the company growth worldwide. Your role involves managing product development, procurement, quality and regulatory, and supply chain processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Reporting to the Sephora Collection General Manager and member of the board, (s)he manages a pluridisciplinary team with 7 direct reports and more than 100 employees overall, collaborates with internal (Sephora collection, Sephora Corporate, LVMH) and external stakeholders (suppliers, …).

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Be responsible for defining and leading Operations strategy to meet Sephora and Sephora Collection strategy and goals, with the respect of the company vision and values.
• Provide leadership and direction to the company leaders and their own team, build strong and trustful relationship with key stakeholders
• Define and oversee budgets, plans, policies, and programs that will effectively implement the Operations strategies and goals.
• Drive innovation and change to successfully implement Sephora Collection transformation: best serve company needs and respond to CSR challenges.
• Lead the product development and sell-in processes, collaborating with marketing and finance teams and markets worldwide on development, product quality, costs, budgets, competitive analysis, contract manufacturers and R&D teams.
• Collaborate globally on product development, ensuring excellence in quality and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee Sephora Collection Operations teams and develop strong organization and talents worlwide. Manage teams to structure and solve problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of senior managers to ensure that the operations strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets. talents in product development, project management, procurement, regulatory affairs, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with company decision making bodies and teams, the LVMH group key stakeholders and suppliers and act in the interest of the company goals.

PROFILE : BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE

• A seasoned executive with extensive experience and track record of success in Operations and Supply chain (cosmetics product development, including industrial/manufactory environment),
• A strategic leader capable of inspiring change and driving performance.
• A professional with strong client focus, happy to operate within a fast-paced environment, open to tackle many challenges.
• Fluent in English and French
