CDD - Internal Communication and Events Lead (W/M)

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of Sephora Europe & Middle East’s internal events strategy (both live and virtual) and Sephora global HQ’s engagement plans with the goal of driving employees’ sense of belonging. This role reports to the Internal Communication Director, Europe & Middle East.

 

 

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

 

Europe & Middle East event management :

  • Lead internal events and conferences (virtual or physical), from conception to execution,  coordinating comprehensive event production and logistics, including venue or technology choice, event timelines and budget management
  • Lead content creation, partnering with C-suite and key stakeholders across the business, including deck creation, video production and any event-related assets
  • Establish strong relationships with agencies, venues, partners and colleagues to enhance the overall participant experience

 

 

Global HQ engagement :

  • Plan, coordinate and run employee events at Sephora’s global HQ in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Partner with Internal Communication Manager to lead and execute timely, efficient and seamless communication initiatives within global HQ
  • Leverage all channels at disposal to engage HQ teams, developing appropriate and impactful content
  • Partner with stakeholders across HQ to support and provide guidance on local events and communications
  • Review and implement guidelines for Sephora’s global HQ internal events

  • Strong leadership, organizational and presentation skills, and ability to lead multiple projects
  • Ability to deal with senior leaders/C-suite stakeholders
  • Known for high level of accuracy, attention to detail and creativity
  • Exceptional clients and suppliers management skills
  • Deep experience in event planning and event management
  • Strong knowledge of event technology platforms such as Sparkup or Zoom webinars (but not limited to these)
  • Strong knowledge of in graphic design software such as Canva or photoshop
  • Fluent in English is a must
