Rosie leads the Finance and Strategy team in the pursuit of Sephora’s continued strong financial and operational performance.
She combines her love of facts and numbers and ability to distill data to its essence to build compelling stories that everyone can get behind. Rosie believes understanding this “so what” can ignite the right conversations, and she thrives on sparking those around her to elevate their thinking. She has a passion for learning from others and is focused on driving key strategies to move the business forward.
Rosie is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator, with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and minors in Psychology and Economics.
She started her career in professional services, building expertise in serving clients and cultivating trusted business relationships. With over 10 years spanning audit, business valuation, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, her experiences drive her business mindset and collaborative approach. She advocates being curious, tenacious and resourceful to guide innovative and strategic business decisions.
Rosie also focuses her energy on spending time with her son, being active inside and outside no matter the weather or the day. She’s often found running or strolling the street in High Park, and when the snow in Ontario is at a peak, you’ll find her enjoying the season on the ski hills.
