The Opportunity:

The Retail Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the monitoring of consistent retail operational practices and standards across all stores and supporting the Retail operations function with day-to-day administration.


This role is a part time 12-month fixed term contract for 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday and another day of your choice! 2 of the 3 days will be office based, with one day working from home.

  • Compiling support office communications to stores to a weekly schedule
  • Store audit reporting and audit compliance follow up
    • Alarm trigger reports
    • Retail exception reporting
  • Invoice processing and co-ordination of vendor finances with our local and regional finance team
  • Reporting support for the retail operations team


We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2 years’ experience in a store in a Management Role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially excel reporting
