The Opportunity:
As Sephora's Loss Prevention Analyst you will be responsible for analysis of inventory, shrink and theft reporting across retail and warehouse to identify areas of risk and loss and provide support to the Loss Prevention department. Support the Loss Prevention and Retail Operations teams with the coordination of store security needs including security guard scheduling, CCTV and alarm maintenance, and supply orders.

- Supporting the National Loss Prevention Manager in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies and procedures aligning with the company's objectives
- Monitoring company locations for possible losses, using security technologies such as surveillance systems, access control systems, alarms, and networking
- Support the management and coordination of store cycle counting and annual stocktakes
- Analysing data from various sources to identify patterns and trends related to theft, fraud, and other losses
- Assisting in preparation of reports for senior management, including recommendations for improving loss prevention efforts and integration processes
- Assisting with the investigation into potential losses, reviewing evidence, and collaborating with law enforcement as directed
- Utilising applicable software, web interfaces, and/or applications to monitor and update work order status; help maintain user access for applicable systems
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years of Loss Protection/Asset Protection, inventory management, and/or analyst experience in multi-unit retail environments
- Experience with the Australian retail market (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with store management and employees, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with computer technology including loss prevention applications, MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), store systems. SAP Experience a must.
- Excellent organization, analytical and auditing skills
- Ability to develop plans, policies, and procedures in a clear and concise manner
- A proven track record of dealing with sensitive issues in an ethical manner and maintaining confidentiality
