The Opportunity:

As Sephora Australia’s HRBP, you will support the Head of HR & Education to create, implement and/or embed HR initiatives consistently across the Sephora network. In your role you will be providing hands on advice and coaching to employees. You will need to be an influential partner with managers, teams and regional HR actioning day to day HR processes and whilst working on designated HR projects. You will drive the Australian compliance standards for audit and legislation. By enacting the Sephora DNA and Being LVMH values you will support, coach and advise leaders in managing areas of performance, standards, change and culture.

  • Implementing HR strategies aligned with the network's objectives (e.g., career conversations, onboarding).
  • Collaborating with business leaders to address their specific needs.
  • Using data to inform HR decisions and facilitate talent mobility.
  • Providing support in areas such as: Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits; and Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Helping identify key talent and drive succession planning.
  • Coaching managers on performance management processes.
  • Managing employee relations issues and advising line managers.
  • Communicating and implementing HR policy changes.
  • Partnering with APAC HR to implement local policies based on global guidelines and manage investigations.

 

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Human Resource operational role with established business partnering skills
  • Strong HR generalist experience across all areas of the employee life cycle
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR practices
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented with the ability to assist our managers through people topics
  • Entrepreneurial culture and able to work in a fast paced environment with numerous stakeholders
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline desirable
