Campaigns Manager (12 Months Contract)

The opportunity:

As Sephora’s Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Sephora Marketing campaigns strategy and execution. You will form part of the Marketing Team and play an integral role in supporting OMNI channel campaigns, digital campaigns and brand/product launches through eventing and marketing support. 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the wider marketing team to develop and lead the execution of end-to-end omni channel marketing campaigns, working closely with the Category team to identify areas of opportunity and growth to ensure Sephora’s commercial objectives are delivered across channels. 

  • Act as the project lead for Sephora omni channel campaigns, liaising between regional and local teams while aligning with the internal cross-functional teams to deliver omni campaigns to timeline.

  • Build comprehensive 360 marketing campaign plans in close partnerships with internal E-commerce, Social, PR, VM, Category and Education teams.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to identify key areas of success to support key calendar moments in line with the marketing budget and business objectives. 

  • Responsible for sourcing and managing lifestyle GWP’s in line with key calendar campaigns. 

  • Share post-campaign analysis and wrap reports, provided internally and where possible to brand partners.

  • Lead as the main point of contact for our LVMH paid media agency. 

  • Manage media agency, briefing national and impactful OOH and above the line media plans in line with business expectations, targets and budgets for all key marketing campaigns and store openings across AU & NZ. 

  • Work closely with the regional Digital Marketing team to brief paid media plans in line with omni channel campaigns. 


  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications, with a strength in creative thinking to develop campaign concepts 

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business   

  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills 

  • Experience in budget management 

  • Experience in digital marketing 

  • Experience in the beauty industry a plus   

  • The ability to demonstrate skills in both negotiation and influencing decision making 

  • Campaign reporting and analysis experience  

  • Track record of leading cross-functional project teams
