The Opportunity:
As the Buyers Assistant you will support to drive brands within Sephora Australia & New Zealand for the Haircare and Fragrance Categories through strong relationships both internally & externally and assist in developing the category and business strategies.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners to drive strategic and profitable growth.
- Analysing weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and brand performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Planning, forecasting, executing and reviewing new product launches for the local market.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, VM and Operations to ensure successful launches and campaigns.
- Supporting brand onboarding, supplier setup, compliance documentation and regulatory processes.
- Monitoring local and international market trends, competitor activity and category performance across Australia & New Zealand markets.
- Managing product data integrity, pricing, onsite content and lifecycle maintenance across digital platforms.
- General Category Management administration
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum 3 years Account / Brand Management experience in a similar role (ideally within the beauty industry).
- Strong business acumen and retail experience
- Advanced Excel skills with proven use of VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables etc.
- Keen interest in the beauty industry with a flair for trends and styles
- Previous experience in a buying environment
- A strong ability to manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Very high levels of attention to detail
- A sense of urgency with strong time management skills
- Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
