Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, SEAO

This role sits within the Talent Centre of Excellence (Talent CoE), a regional hub responsible for shaping how Sephora SEAO attracts, selects, develops and mobilizes talent in line with global LVMH and Sephora standards. Keep reading if you are looking for:

The Opportunity


As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA), SEAO, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across all levels up to Director and across HQ functions across the region. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Director, Talent, you will partner closely with regional and country HR teams, business leaders, and global TA counterparts to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will strengthen recruiter capability within your team, oversee confidential searches and leadership pipelining, and manage key vendor relationships to support evolving business needs.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you will design and lead NextGen and early-career programs, employer branding initiatives, and regional/global TA projects that position Sephora as an employer of choice and future-proof the TA function.

This role is based in Singapore, with occasional regional travel required.

Recruitment Leadership and Delivery

  • Lead and develop the regional Talent Acquisition team, building recruiter capability through coaching, performance management, and ongoing capability development.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across all levels up to Director and across HQ functions in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines; support recruitment for key positions in Australia.
  • Lead confidential searches and build proactive talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles across the region.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate master terms to ensure effective agency utilization aligned with team capacity and business needs.
  • Provide targeted support for store leadership hiring when required.
  • Partner with Talent Management to strengthen diverse succession plans and leadership pipelines.
  • Influence hiring decisions by equipping hiring managers with data-driven insights, selection guidance, and best-practice interview coaching.
    NextGen, Employer Brand, and Strategic Projects
  • Design and manage early-career and NextGen programs, including the Sephora ASPIRE Internship Program, while supporting the LVMH SPRING Graduate

 

 

 Trainee Program

  • Lead campus engagement and university outreach to build a strong, sustainable pipeline of future talent.
  • Own the SEAO employer branding strategy by localizing global EVP messaging, activating relevant content and channels, and strengthening Sephora’s appeal to harder-to-reach talent groups, including tech and digital profiles.
  • Deliver global and regional TA projects, including process frameworks and SkillScan, Sephora’s AI-powered frontline recruitment solution, to create consistent, consumer-grade candidate and new-hire experiences.
  • Collaborate with regional HRBPs and country HR leads to ensure employer brand messaging is coherent and locally relevant across markets.
  • Animate and cultivate the regional TA and HR community around hiring best practices, inclusive hiring, and employer brand excellence.

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

 

Talent Acquisition Expertise:

  • University degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership of a regional TA function.
  • Strong recruitment background across agency and in-house environments, ideally with international exposure; experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or digital/technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading confidential or executive searches and building senior-level talent pipelines.

 

Programs, Employer Brand, and Technology:

  • Experience designing or managing early-career, campus, or NextGen programs, as well as employer branding initiatives.
  • Technology-savvy, with experience using corporate HR systems and applicant tracking systems, and an openness to adopting AI-enabled tools.


Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

  • Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a recruitment team.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder influencing, and relationship-building skills across complex environments.


Mindset and Ways of Working:

  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and hands-on, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
