Planogram Updates

  • Updating approved brand planogram changes accurately and on time in JDA, or any other designated space-planning system
  • Validating each approved submission before implementation, including brand, store, fixture, assortment, dimensions, effective date and supporting files; clarify incomplete or inconsistent information with the relevant stakeholder
  • Creating, revising, and publishing planograms in line with approved brand configuration, merchandising standards, system conventions and agreed implementation timelines
  • Conducting quality checks before release to identify placement, dimension, assortment, naming or version-control errors and ensuring the final planogram matches the approved request

  • Maintaining current floor map records and ensuring superseded versions are clearly identified or archived in accordance with the agreed process
  • Supporting floor map reviews, reporting and ad hoc analysis required

Database Maintenance and Self-Service Support

  • Complete the monthly upload of planograms, brand configurations and related master data to the designated space-planning database within the agreed timetable
  • Performing validation and reconciliation checks to maintain high data accuracy, completeness, consistency and version integrity across source files, systems and reporting outputs
  • Supporting in maintaining accurate brand configuration, planogram and PDI information in DOMO
  • Investigating and correcting data discrepancies promptly, documenting recurring issues and recommending practical improvements to data-control processes
  • Providing timely user support and Q&A to Category Managers on the use of the space planning self-service tool, including basic navigation, data interpretation and issue escalation
