• Managing daily operational activities, ensuring quality and efficiency standards;
• Identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes to optimize efficiency and productivity;
• Monitoring and reporting operational performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deficiencies.
• Collaborating closely both within the team and with other departments to ensure efficient coordination and communication;
• Providing solutions and recommendations for enhancing performance and operational processes.

• At least 2 years of experience on a similar role;
• Previous experience in retail is a plus;
• Energy, drive and results oriented;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with other departments;
• Good English level.
