The opportunity:

 

Sephora is looking to hire a Regional Rewards Manager to join the Human Resources Team in the SEA Oceania Headquarter here in Singapore. The Rewards Manager will play a key role in shaping and implementing the total rewards schemes for the region. As part of the regional Total Rewards Center of Excellence, you will work closely with both the business and rest of HR team to provide year-round consultation relating to total rewards. This includes spearheading projects such as job levelling, incentives scheme review, annual salary review cycle, compensation and benefits bench-marking, organisation design and transformation and other total rewards projects.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Compensation:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of competitive compensation structures and incentive schemes aligned with the  organization’s business strategy across South East Asia and Oceania region.

  • Effectively communicate regional compensation strategies, policies and initiatives to regional and market stakeholders.

  • Provide expert guidance, consultation, advice and knowledge to regional and market stakeholders on strategic compensation  matters. 

  • Be the go-to expert for regional and market HR teams across the South East Asia and Oceania region addressing  concerns, challenges, and providing assistance as needed relating to compensation.

  • Lead and manage the annual compensation review process, as well as support performance management and calibration process. 

  • Support the review of confidential compensation frameworks and benchmarking, job levelling structure, incentives scheme and  others.

  • Lead the participation and data submission of compensation and benefits survey. Collaborate with HR consulting vendors on  market compensation trends and practices.

 

Benefits:

  • Lead, manage and provide guidance and advice to markets on annual insurance plan and flexible benefits renewal.

  • Collaborate with market HR teams to identify enhancements, provide recommendations on how to improve and refine existing 

  • policies.

  • Support the global benefits project by liaising with market HR teams and regional/global C&B teams to share inputs and 

  • knowledge related to benefits programs and best practices in the region. 

  • Be the go-to expert and share knowledge of best practices for both the design and execution ends of the benefits spectrum. 

Financials and Budgeting:

  • Lead the creation and tracking of headcount and payroll budgeting for the Regional office entities.

  • Collaborate closely with market HR teams on headcount and payroll budgeting.

  • Support the preparation and consolidation of headcount payroll planning and budgeting for presentation to the regional 

  • stakeholders.

  • Lead the ongoing tracking of headcount, department expenses and payroll budget spend on monthly basis. 

HR Data & HR-Tech:

  • Works closely with the Regional HRIT lead on the implementation of compensation review platform.

  • Support the tracking and analysis of workforce and preparation of periodic trends reports such as attrition trends and others to  deliver actionable workforce insights such as identifying improvement areas for talent attraction and retention.

Other Total Rewards Projects:

  • Collaborate with regional and market HR teams as well as business stakeholders on all Total Rewards projects such as retail  workforce HR project, salary structure, job levelling and other projects that may happen from time-to-time

  • Support the execution of employer branding initiatives across the region – both corporate & retail.
