Your role at Sephora:
As a Co-Manager, Client Services, you will be responsible for managing all services, classes and events in a specific Sephora store location. This includes management of the Services Coordinator(s) and all elevated experts. You are also responsible for educating the entire store on the types of services offered by the store. In addition, you will:
  • Ensure that the Services Coordinators are adequately trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive sales & services through effective staffing & scheduling
  • Participate in the selection, training & certification of all SUBC Facilitators & coaches
  • Participate in the hiring process for all Services Coordinators, SAs, SSAs and PBAs
  • Support the hiring process for all client-facing roles and any of the store’s hiring needs as needed
  • Understand store goals, opportunities and trends and ensure the store employees are aligned with each
  • Regularly act as the Client Experience & Logistics Leader within the store. Engage with employees and clients on-stage whenever possible
