The Opportunity
Join our Marketing and eCommerce team as an eCommerce Intern at SEPHORA UK, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience in campaign execution, brand collaborations, and the onsite tools that drive online success. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast‑paced, beauty‑driven environment while developing essential skills to kick‑start your career in digital commerce.
What you’ll be doing…
- Supporting campaign execution by assisting in the creation of briefs for design and copywriting, while mastering our Content Management System (CMS).
- Collaborating with brands to ensure seamless onsite campaign implementation and exceptional results.
- Learning and utilizing onsite tools, such as Personalization features, to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Working closely with marketing teams, including CRM and Social Media, to align strategies across channels.
- Assisting in SEO optimization efforts to improve site visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Contributing to exciting upcoming projects, including Reviews & Loyalty initiatives, to make a meaningful impact on our ecommerce strategy.

You have a strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and understanding online consumer behaviour. You thrive in a team environment, communicating effectively and collaborating with different stakeholders. With a detail-oriented mindset, you take a proactive approach to problem-solving and are always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
What will help you succeed…
- A strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and understanding online consumer behaviour.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- A keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn new tools and ways of working.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a basic awareness of SEO principles is an advantage, but not essential.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience or exposure within ecommerce or digital marketing would be a plus.
What you need to know…
- The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
- You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week
