As an Associate Project Manager, Workflow, you’ll support the planning and execution of Sephora’s store capital project pipeline, ensuring projects stay aligned, accurate, and on track from start to finish. The work you do will impact beauty, as you help drive seamless project execution across store development initiatives through strong coordination, data accuracy, and process consistency. What You’ll Do:

  • Support end-to-end project management activities across the store capital project pipeline, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are aligned
  • Partner cross-functionally to facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and planning sessions, driving clear communication on timelines and next steps
  • Prepare and manage key project documentation for approvals (e.g., real estate committee, CER process), ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and track project data in tools like Smartsheet, proactively reviewing for accuracy and identifying potential risks or misalignment
  • Coordinate vendor access and contract administration to support timely project execution and minimize delays
  • Create and maintain templates, dashboards, and governance materials to standardize processes across projects
  • Document policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the development of solutions to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the project lifecycle
  • Support reporting, KPIs, and ad hoc analysis related to project performance and portfolio insights

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, real estate, construction, or property development (retail experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Smartsheet and dashboarding tools
  • Experience supporting contracts, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
  • High attention to detail with the ability to independently review work for accuracy and identify errors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity
  • Basic understanding of leases, construction drawings, or fixture plans (preferred)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What You’ll Get: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $86,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
