Your role at Sephora:
As our Talent Development Program Manager, you will design, develop, launch, and lead Sephora’s newly created Rotational Management Program.  In this role, you will design and curate the programming and learning experiences for the cohort as we guide selected interns from their internship program through this next step in their journey with Sephora.  Reporting to the Director, Talent Development, this role will create the community and values-based experiences for the participants to ensure a robust learning experience that connects the participants to Sephora’s values and helps to launch their success in full time roles in one of our exciting departments.

 

Your responsibilities for the Rotational Management Program include:

  • Design and develop from initiation through delivery Sephora’s Rotational Management Program (RMP) and the strategy focused on building future inclusive leaders
  • Identify, curate, and develop curriculum and experiences appropriate for the learners that will address needs in the business and set the participant up for success in their next role
  • Deliver best in class program experience for selection and function placement, onboarding, skill building and on-the-job training, inclusive leader content and performance feedback  
  • Curate and cultivate experiences that foster engagement and community building within the cohort, as well as networking opportunities that foster inclusiveness and belonging within Sephora
  • Design and develop best in class programming for the rotation managers.  Create clear two-way communication channels for feedback and program communication and deliverables
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and mentoring to the participants
  • Foster ongoing program continuous evaluation and adaptation with an eye on scaling the program and creating exceptional experiences that develop new talent and meet the ongoing needs of the business and participants

 

As part of the Talent Development team you will:

  • Design and deliver new and existing curriculum and development initiatives
  • Facilitate instructor-led events and train-the-trainer sessions; engage leaders and stakeholders to support facilitation and delivery needs
  • Foster relationships with key external partners such as third-party training vendors and facilitation companies
  • Integrate inclusivity into talent development programs and talent practices to foster a sense of belonging and equality for all

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related experience
  • Demonstrated success in creating, delivering, and measuring high-impact learning experiences to a diverse audience
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills and success delivering results through influence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong executive presence with the ability to communicate well with all levels from Intern to Executive
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work on simultaneous projects and flex and adjust in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Demonstrated the following competencies: Values Uniqueness & Differences, Agility & Manages Ambiguity, Strategic Vision, and Collaboration
