Your Role at Sephora:
Ready for a career glow up? As Sr Manager, Performance Media Technical Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and execution of Sephora’s Performance Media marketing technology roadmap. The work you do will impact beauty, as you enable the technical infrastructure, integrations, and partnerships that power omni‑sales, new client growth, and traffic across Sephora US & CA. You’ll be part of a high‑performing Media Center of Excellence that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about performance media, marketing technology, and data integrity.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and own the annual Performance Media marketing technology roadmap
- Drive delivery of key mar‑tech initiatives in close partnership with Product and Engineering teams
- Ensure continuity, stability, and maintenance of core paid media technical infrastructure
- Manage timelines, milestones, and outcome measurement for technical initiatives
- Support major Performance Media RFPs, including MMP and publisher‑specific evaluations
- Partner with agencies to support data fidelity, integrations, and technical execution
- Collaborate cross‑functionally on marketing technology needs across media and enterprise partners
- Stay ahead of privacy, consent management, and evolving marketing technology requirements
- Act as a paid media technical champion with Legal, Data Privacy, and Info‑Security stakeholders
- Partner closely with channel leads across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, Brand Media, and RMN
- Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
- Support scalable solutions that connect online and offline performance media efforts
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech integrations, and marketing technology stacks
- Deep familiarity with pixels, APIs, SDKs, MMPs, and media platforms
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other major publishers
- Proven ability to build and evolve technology roadmaps from ideation through maturity
- Experience supporting or participating in RFP processes with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Adaptable, solutions‑oriented approach with strong organizational skills
What You’ll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $155,975.00 - $174,325.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
