Your role at Sephora:

  • Identify, build, and analyze people metrics on both a regular and ad hoc basis on Sephora North Americas HQ, Distribution Centers, and Retail for the HR leadership team and cross-functional partners
  • Translate data and analysis into a story to drive decisions and that impact the company’s bottom line
  • Develop and maintain self-service reporting and data visualization actions at the leadership/executive level
  • in our core HRIS and other HR systems
  • Lead data and analysis work for parent company KPI reports, reports for government agencies such as the BLS, and monthly workforce scorecards
  • Lead and contribute to various task forces related to data analytics (e.g. implementation of new systems, task force for identifying turnover and engagement drivers to reduce unwanted turnover, etc.)

    We’re excited about you if you have:
  • 3-4 years of reporting & analytics experience
  • Experience in data management (i.e. cleaning, organizing, and compiling data from multiple sources for analysis)
  • Ability to use data and analysis to tell a story and drive meaningful action
  • Experience building dashboards and scorecards using data visualization tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or another field that uses quantitative analysis or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines
  • Project management experience with people analytics tools (data warehouses, BI & data visualization tools) a plus
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors a plus
  • Experience in statistical analysis including significance testing, regression analysis, correlations, etc. a plus
