Your role at Sephora:
As the Senior Director, Product Management, Marketing & Personalization, you will be a key leader in furthering this innovation by leading the vision and strategy for our Marketing & Personalization domains.  Reporting to the Head of Product, you will partner extensively with the Paid Media, Channel Marketing, Content creation and usage, Digital Teams, Sephora stores, eCommerce, Client Services, and Technology leaders and manage teams of product managers responsible for creating personalized experiences that increases engagement, acquisition, builds loyalty and creates strategic advantages for Sephora.  More specifically, you will: 

  • Create a dynamic strategy and inspired vision of client experiences that will help us target new, engaged, at risk customers across our various touchpoints, and explore opportunities that will provide us an edge over our competitors
  • Lead a talented team focusing on our groundbreaking technology and next gen platform that will help us scale for the future
  • Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and influence product development across ideation, product development and go-to-market, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners
  • Lead strategy on how we currently solve for the customer and business needs, understand the gap of what is missing and the plan to address the gap.
  • Leverage online controlled experiments and quantitative and qualitative user insights to make data-informed decisions. Make tradeoffs to balance long-term and short-term growth that benefit the user.
  • Be both a thought leader and brand leader among company executives, peers, and your own teams to realize our product vision - all the while finding the balance between pushing the envelope and supporting our stores’ core mission. Lead and inspire team and partners through ambiguity, challenges, and pivots. Influence positive outcomes by working across the team, cross-functional partners, and leadership
