Your role at Sephora:
As a Product Manager, Testing & Optimization, you will be a part of the Track & Measure Product Management team, enabling our Site and App testing program to deliver meaningful client experiences and business growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Track and Measure, you will have a strong background in A/B/n & MVT Testing, CRM, and some experience in Personalization with experience in omni-channel retail. You will also demonstrate strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear optimization & targeting vision. This position is a highly visible role across Marketing, CRM/Personalization, Product Management, Tech, Business Analytics, and UX. In addition, you will: 

  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Drive Sephora’s Tests & Learn Enablement roadmap and align it with key partners throughout the organization
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Partner closely with key cross-functional teams across the enterprise to identify growth opportunities via testing to track & measure our enterprise and CRM roadmap initiatives.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Articulate business use cases with business partners and make sure that they are executed correctly with the release of new testing functionality.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Participate in daily scrum duties such as test ideation validation, story grooming, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and bug creation/validation.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Govern Adobe Target to improve & maintain best practices around campaign naming conventions, audience & workspace usage, overseeing of campaigns through their life cycle.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to address technical questions.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Facilitate the identification of test KPIs to measure success of individual campaigns as well as success for overall testing program.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Partner with Production Team to correctly train & setup new campaigns in Target, validate test experiences end-to-end with expected audience segments, launch & monitor.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Promote culture of experimentation and evangelize power and value of A/B testing across business, tech, and product by sharing quarterly results.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Manage the relationship with Adobe TAM.

  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">3+ years of experience owning the implementation of optimization programs with a successful track record with knowledge of CRM and personalization strategies.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">3+ years of hands on experience with and strong working knowledge of A/B, MVT, targeting and testing methodology and tools, especially Adobe Target (and some Adobe Analytics experience would be a plus).
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Deep understanding of the Sephora client, and an ability to identify and articulate opportunities.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strong understanding around segmentation and targeting strategies to get clean data analysis.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Ability to hypothesize and back up assumptions by using quantitative and qualitative data
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Ability to identify and establish metrics for success and failure.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Working knowledge of profile scripts in Adobe Target.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Experience building customer attributes in Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Compelling storyteller with experience communicating concepts and ideas to leadership, product managers, Tech, and business teams.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Leader with communication and negotiation skills, ability to bring varying functional teams together.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and needs.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strong analytical skills, problem solver, and attention to detail.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Working knowledge of basic statistics.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Experience with server-side A/B testing is a plus.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Working knowledge of JavaScript is a big plus.
  • <span style="font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and / or equivalent experience.
