About Sephora at Kohl’s:
Your role at Sephora @ Kohls
As an Assistant Merchant, you will report into the Sr. Director and:
- Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to manage and ensure deadlines are met; be a liaison between Kohl’s & Sephora and share information and insights
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports and assist in analyzing the business
- Review & Approve marketing creative for product description accuracy (pricing, name, timing etc…)
- Support manager with creation of various presentation materials
- Manage the Sephora @ Kohl’s merchandising calendar & meeting invites
- Provide support to all categories for the Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising team
- Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative
We’re excited about you if you have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail buying or account management experience at a major retailer
- Excellent technical skills in MS Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint) and have proficiency to learn new systems quickly
- Problem solving and analytical skills, working well within ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Strong numbers aptitude and analytical skills with a drive for results
- Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with many different partner
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to large groups
- Experience with Project Management a plus
- A positive and collaborative attitude
