About Sephora at Kohl’s:

Introduced in 2021 with now more than 1,000+ locations, Sephora at Kohl’s is making prestige beauty more accessible to millions of shoppers. Clients can explore the signature Sephora experience within all Kohl’s locations and discover expertly curated assortments of prestige makeup, skincare, hair and fragrance brands. The Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising team is responsible for bringing this experience to life by tailoring and executing the Sephora strategies within the Kohl’s environment.

 

Your role at Sephora @ Kohls

As an Assistant Merchant, you will report into the Sr. Director and: 

  • Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to manage and ensure deadlines are met; be a liaison between Kohl’s & Sephora and share information and insights
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports and assist in analyzing the business
  • Review & Approve marketing creative for product description accuracy (pricing, name, timing etc…)
  • Support manager with creation of various presentation materials
  • Manage the Sephora @ Kohl’s merchandising calendar & meeting invites
  • Provide support to all categories for the Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising team
  • Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative
