Your role at Sephora:

As an Art Director, you will be executing creative for multiple marketing programs that sit within the Loyalty and CRM pillar. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for helping concept and implement campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention across multiple channels.

In addition, you will:


  • Support Associate Creative Director in research and developing strategic marketing campaign concepts to provide creative solutions that meets business objectives.
  • Lead visual exploration and build concept boards across multiple channels to articulate an idea.
  • Art direct and execute creative solutions with impeccable attention to details.
  • Manage and mentor designers on your team.
  • Present creative effectively in various settings and audiences.
  • Partner closely with Editorial, Program Manager, Content Production and Marketing to develop and deliver creative for robust 360 client experience.
  • Foster a creative culture with your passion for design and inclusivity.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 5-7 years of design experience.
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design/Communication Design or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge in retail, or experience working on consumer facing brands or Loyalty/CRM programs.
  • Top design skills and a portfolio to prove it.
  • People management experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe programs: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Working knowledge in After Effects desired.
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to prioritize efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solutions driven to be effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design studio or agency experience a plus.
