Your role at Sephora:
As the Sephora Collection Account Manager – Makeup, North America, you are responsible for supporting the Sephora Collection Makeup & Accessories brand strategy and management throughout the North American region (Sephora USA, Sephora Canada, and Sephora at Kohls). Under the leadership of the Senior Director for Sephora Collection North America, you will work to optimize brand priorities and presentation through every touchpoint. You will collaborate closely with the Sephora Collection global team based in Paris; and, you will be the “center of the wheel” across multiple teams at Sephora FSC including, but not limited to, the North American Sephora Merchandising teams, Inventory Management & Visual Merchandising teams to drive the business. In addition, you will:
- Manage and implement Sephora Collection Makeup & Accessories brand strategies for the North American market that support the brand’s global priorities, based on business results, trends, and opportunities.
- Ensure makeup & accessories brand sales targets are achieved throughout North America
- Communicate and reinforce the brand’s global strategic vision with business partners
- Foster effective relationships with cross-functional partners globally and throughout the North American region
- Ensure the needs of the Sephora Merchandising teams across the US, Canada, Sephora at Kohl’s & Dotcom are understood and met by collaborating with the appropriate cross-functional partners & the global team
- Partner with North American merchandising teams on merchandising strategies & assortment management
- Identify opportunities in the assortments to maximize sales and limit inventory liabilities for both newness and the core product portfolio
- Collaborate with Merchandise Operations on updates, brand expression, and visual merchandising with the ability to align with the global team
- Collaborate with Inventory Management teams on new product forecasting & end-of-life strategy and create solutions to address overstock and discontinued items
- Create and own weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting to leaders and executive teams
- Maintain current business knowledge and insights. Provide regular updates to North American and global partners.
- Represent the brand with the ability to flex to a wide variety of settings ranging from executive meetings to informal working sessions with business partners

We’re excited about you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Category, sales, or merchandising management experience
- Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, organizational, & computer skills.
- Ability to analyze the business, identifying trends and opportunities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly find creative solutions for issues that may arise within the North American region
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in managing ambiguity in sometimes uncertain situations
- Plan and align to break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions to achieve KPIs
- Strong interpersonal skills are team-oriented and comfortable working with all levels of management
- Ability to travel
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $126,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
