Your role at Sephora:

As a SAP Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with your business unit to improve processes and efficiency, implementing HR business solutions in Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance management space and providing post-implementation support. This position offers considerable responsibility and interaction with key stakeholders from the business and Tech. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end integration flows using SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite. Your work will ensure reliable and scalable data exchange between various SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA. 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integration flows using SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite, ensuring reliable and scalable data exchange across systems.
  • Configure, manage, and maintain APIs, adapters, and message mappings within SAP Integration Suite to support seamless SAP and non-SAP system integrations.
  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications using CPI and BTP services, ensuring data accuracy and system interoperability
  • Apply and enforce enterprise security standards, including OAuth, SAML, and authentication mechanisms, to ensure secure and compliant integrations
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize integration performance and reliability, proactively resolving issues to minimize business impact
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay current with SAP BTP innovations, best practices, and emerging integration patterns, continuously improving solution design and implementation approaches.

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Advanced Integration Expertise: 5+years of Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing complex integrations using SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP BTP, with strong proficiency in REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, SFAPI, XML, JSON, and IDoc technologies.
  • SuccessFactors Integration Experience: Proven ability to develop and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and multiple downstream and third-party systems, ensuring scalable, reliable, and business-aligned solutions.
  • Integration Center Proficiency: Strong experience building, maintaining, and enhancing applications using SuccessFactors Integration Center, with a focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements & Documentation Strength: Demonstrated expertise in gathering and interpreting business requirements and translating them into clear functional and technical specifications for new integrations, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Security & Identity Knowledge: Solid understanding of enterprise security and identity management concepts, including SAML, OAuth, encryption, and secure data exchange patterns.
  • Scripting & Technical Depth: Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript for custom scripting within CPI-based integrations.
  • SAP BTP Solution Experience: Hands-on exposure to multiple SAP BTP solution areas, including Application Development, Integration, and Data services.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes, optimize integration performance, and drive continuous improvement through automation and innovation.
  • Collaborative Approach: A proven track record of partnering effectively with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions that meet enterprise needs and add measurable value.

 

What You’ll Get: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $113,900.00 - $151,620.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
