Your role at Sephora:
Sephora USA Inc. has multiple Product Manager, Testing and Optimization positions available in San Fracisco, CA. May work from home. You will: Write JSON test script stories for A/B testing setup to efficiently measure the required KPIs and success metrics. Write decommissioning stories for failed A/B test results. Write productionalizing stories to scale successful tests to production. Write Adobe Target Experimentation campaigns over UFE (Unified Frontend Environment) and applications. Design A/B test ideas into Adobe test campaigns. Determine optimal testing strategy. Analyze for impact, risks, limitations, and level of effort. Identify testing opportunities for new tracking requirements. Model test ideas in JSON and enable stories that captures test details and setup. Update test code reference documentation. Contribute to team test creations, discussions, and priorities. Serve as a resource to other teams on the utilization of Adobe Target to carry out feature release, including authentication services and ECOM migration. Support troubleshooting and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for A/B tests. (May work from home.)
The position will supervise subordinates holding the job titles Senior Product Manager, Product Analytics, Testing and Optimization).
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems and 3 (three) years of experience in the offered position, as a Test and Optimization Engineer, or a closely related role performing software testing and optimization.
If no degree or unrelated degree, will accept a total of five (5) years of experience in the offered position, as a Test and Optimization Engineer, or a closely related role performing software testing and optimization.
Skills:
Experience must include: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Audience Creation, JIRA, Medallia, Charles, Java script, and Server-side A/B testing.
Rate of Pay: 40 hours/week; $140,900 to $173,100/ year
