The Opportunity:

Minimum of 4-6+ Years of experience in B2C marketing and/or client analytics
-
4+ Years experience writing complex queries on large databases
-
4+ Years experience with A/B testing setup, execution and measurement
-
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or other related field preferred
-
Ability to review large amounts of data and provide strategic and actionable inferences and recommendations based on patterns and trends

Fluency in core analytics toolkit:
-
Advanced SQL (Databricks)
-
Knowledge of Statistical methodologies relating to A/B and multi-variate Testing
-
Data visualization in Tableau
-
R/Python a plus
-
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
-

Experience with managing direct reports is preferred
-
Ability to balance deep analytical rigor with business reality, marketing activation capabilities and timelines to build solutions that are both practical and reliable

Ability to hear stakeholders' needs and business trends and deep dive into newly explored areas of analytics to eventually inform strategic decisioning

Understanding of statistical modeling and quantitative analysis techniques

Experience with A/B testing and BI tools (e.g. APT Test & Learn, Adobe Target, Tableau)

Excellent attention to detail, written and oral communication skills

Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels

Flexible and adaptive, enjoys an ever-changing, dynamic work environment

Comfortable with ambiguity

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,265.00 - $154,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
