Your Role at Sephora:
Ready for a career glow up? As Associate Program Manager of Marketing for Sephora at Kohl's, you'll be the executional backbone of our groundbreaking partnership marketing programs. The work you do will impact beauty, as you ensure seamless campaign delivery and creative asset coordination across one of retail's most innovative collaborations. What You'll Do:

Manage all creative asset releases to Kohl's Creative and Asset Management Teams, ensuring completeness, technical accuracy, and on-time delivery that keeps campaigns running smoothly

Own cross-functional meeting management by scheduling sessions, building agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations partners at both Sephora and Kohl's

Maintain critical operational workflows including creative asset lists, campaign tracking in Crosscap, assortment documentation, and creative template databases to drive clarity and consistency across the S@K ecosystem

Support marketing leadership in driving ongoing process optimitizations to unlock efficiencies and improve ways of working
- Own the maintenance, tracking, and cross-functional distribution of key marketing resources and documentation, ensuring teams have access to the most current tools, templates, and materials needed to support campaign execution and alignment across partners
What You'll Bring:

2-4 years of experience in creative asset management, program coordination, creative operations, marketing production, or related fields
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while exhibiting rigorous attention to detail and proactive follow-through

Strategic problem-solving abilities with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and strong technical proficiency in MS Office, plus familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheets, SharePoint, or Monday.com

Effective communication and relationship-building skills that enable you to cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships, along with high energy, flexibility, and genuine passion for Sephora and our clients
What You’ll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $99,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
