Compensation Information

Connecticut applicants / employees: to comply with Connecticut’s “An Act Concerning the Disclosure of Salary Range for a Vacant Position,” we are providing pay ranges for all jobs that may be (or become) available in Connecticut. Please reference the pay ranges by job titles below for more information:

Compensation ranges for Connecticut job postings (maximums may differ based on the store sales volume):

  • Store Manager – minimum rate: $66,500 annually, maximum rate: $115,000 annually
  • Assistant Store Manager – minimum rate: $50,000 annually, maximum rate: $81,500 annually
