SEPHORA BENEFITS

We are constantly striving to make Sephora a great place to work for all of our employees —whether their position is remote, hybrid, or on site.
Healthcare Benefits
Sephora offers the choice of several medical, dental, and vision plans. Medical plans include preventative and prescription coverage as well. We believe that you should be able to receive the best care no matter your location. If employees need to travel to a center of excellence, eligible travel expenses will be covered.
Unparalleled Training & Education
Sephora heavily invests in the training and development of our employees—both in job training/product knowledge and in career development. In our stores, every shift begins with a “Daily Dose” of training and every single employee has a tailored development plan to help them get to the next step in their career. Field employees are reimbursed to get their esthetician or cosmetology license, and corporate and distribution center employees are eligible for reimbursement for career related courses.
Family Support
Sephora's robust medical plans include adoption support, fertility benefits, and family leave for new moms, fathers, and domestic partners. Each floor at Sephora is equipped with a Mother's Room for new moms, and we provide each new mom a hospital-grade nursing pump. We also have an employee affinity group for all working parents to provide additional resources.
Retirement Planning
Sephora offers employees the opportunity to contribute to a competitive 401(k) plan. After one year of employment, our employeesare eligible for our 401(k) match program, helping you stretch your pre-tax savings and reach your retirement goals even sooner.
Pay Equity
Sephora values diversity in our workforce and hence pay equity is a core tenet of our pay programs. We strive to ensure equitable pay among all genders, races, and ethnicities. We have partnered with external consultants to highlight pay gaps and remove them, and we have committed to do this on a regular basis.
