From day one, you will receive all the support you need to be successful in your new job.
In store, you will be trained on our three categories - Perfumes, Skincare, Make-up - to become a beauty & sales expert. You will also receive additional training on the "Sephora Attitude", our unique approach to sales and customer relations. As a department or store manager, you will benefit from a 360° training programme focused on our omni & unique approach to retailing.
In our head offices, you will receive support from your colleagues, managers and HR teams. An onboarding seminar will allow you to familiarise yourself with our culture, functions and our management style. You will also have the opportunity to spend time in a store (from one day to several weeks) to discover our retail philosophy.

Each of our advisors also receives training on the world of beauty; Skincare science, make-up techniques and fragrance creation : you will have all the knowledge required to offer our customers a unique and personalised service and mostly have fun!
