The Executive, Marketing Campaign is responsible for online store activation. He or she will support E-commerce Campaigns team in managing and developing Sephora’s campaigns. Success in the role will require technical as well as interpersonal skills. For the right candidate this entry-level role will be a great springboard for a career with Sephora.

  • E-Commerce Campaigns management: Responsible for E-commerce campaign execution from develop E-commerce BAU campaign mechanic, in charge of campaign briefing, coordinate with Category, Marketing, Paid, Creative and Content team, to campaign setup with Onsite Operation team. Accountable for campaign hygiene checks such as onsite set up, and accurate execution of onsite communications and campaign promotion.

 

  • E-Commerce Onsite Management: Execute operation for newness launch, brand promotion and commercial campaigns. Coordinate with Onsite Operation team on daily onsite update from follow through change requests, oversee new product/brand launch campaign readiness, to analyze onsite campaign metrics to report campaign performance and deliver the best outcome for Sephora E-commerce.

 

  • E-Commerce GWPs Management: Manage GWPs creation and coordinate cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, and Warehouse team to gather GWPs information, track delivery, and inbound GWPs. Manage online GWP promotion activation, analyze GWP performance, and closely monitor GWP inventory.

 

 

 

 

We would love to hear from you if…

 

  • You have 2+ years of experience in in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management
  • You enjoy working in fast paced environment and under pressure
  • You have strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiation)
  • You have good command of spoken and written English
