  • Building reports and presentation to support Category Management’s results-driven actions while also monitoring on market/brand requirements i.e. stock report, brand performance report, consolidate product presentation for internal cascade. You will collaborate with the internal stakeholders & teams, sharing insights about potential team and customer learning needs.
  • Co-plan & execute Sephora Collection’s launch plan – play a significant part in creating enthusiasm around each product launch by working closely with the local and regional team in defining the right mechanics.
  • Own and lead Sephora Collection’s social media planning & VM. You will collaborate with the internal stakeholders & regional team in planning the posts for various social handles as well as ensuring Visual Merchandising excellence.
  • Being a Cross-Functional coordinator. Build strong relationships with brands and support them on their requests. To support on brand communication and business opportunities to our stores including fixture and planogram planning and implementation with internal partners. Working closely with the supply chain team, secure stock coverage to ensure deliveries meet launch dates and campaigns.

  • You’re on top of what’s hot, new, and trending in beauty, fragrance, and skincare
  • You have experience in category or brand management, ideally in the beauty or FMCG space
  • You have strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate well with others, build relationship, and influence team members at all levels
  • You have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
