The opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational execution of Sephora Official store on Marketplace. He or she will be a key person to drive our presence and growth. Success in the role will require technical as well as interpersonal skills. For the right candidate this entry-level role will be a great springboard for a career with Sephora.

  • Official Store Campaigns management:  Work alongside with E-commerce manager on BAU and Commercial campaign ideation to secure online sales on Sephora Official store. Own the E-commerce content briefing process, from brief creation to landing page set up, working with content, creative and marketing teams to ensure timely assets delivery and campaign execution. Online activation from product set up, coupon code set up, promotion set up, new products creation, storefront accuracy, brand page readiness, and ensure stock inventory efficiency.


  • Official Store Onsite Operation: In charge of the execution of BAU and campaigns operation from set up product, pricing, promotional activity to content upload on seller center. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information that meets Sephora’s standard. Monitor daily performance and accuracy of onsite operational set up


  • Cross functional Synchronization: Work hand in hand with marketing and category team to plan onsite visibility and execute operation for commercial campaigns, newness launch, and brand promotion. Collaborate with brand planning teams for accurate and high-quality brand promotion set up, ensure promotions are fully functioning, analyse promotion performance, and manage GWP inventory.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Marketplace store and campaign execution.
  • You enjoy working in fast paced environment and under pressure.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiation)
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-moving environment.
  • You have good command of spoken and written both Thai & English.
